Equipment Overview

We stock a robust selection of gas detection and environmental monitoring instruments, tailored to support safety-critical operations across industrial environments. Our solutions are designed to ensure regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and worker safety.

gas detection equipment

Handheld Gas Alarms: Intrinsically safe, multi-gas monitors capable of detecting up to four gases simultaneously. Each unit features an audible high-decibel alarm, visual alert, confidence ‘blip,’ and low battery warning. Simple to operate, all units are supplied with individual chargers for maximum convenience.

Transportable Gas Alarms: Engineered for site-wide monitoring, these units are based on the handheld design but housed in durable, rugged frames. Up to 12 units can be daisy-chained across a 100-meter span, offering scalable coverage. Devices are both water- and impact-resistant, making them suitable for challenging environments.

Purge Monitors: Portable systems that continuously monitor oxygen levels to support inerting processes. Ideal for welding operations, these units indicate when oxygen levels are sufficiently low to begin work safely.

environmental monitoring instruments

Sound/Noise Meters: Compact, pocket-sized sound level meters providing simultaneous readings of sound pressure and peak levels. Integrated software allows for easy upgrades in line with evolving legislative standards.

Lux/Light Meters: Handheld digital instruments for measuring light intensity in lux. The sensor, connected via a 1-meter coiled lead, enables flexible measurement. Devices feature a 4000-count display and real-time bar graph feedback.

Anemometers: Rotating vane handheld instruments designed to measure air velocity and volumetric flow rates. Optimised for HVAC commissioning and airflow assessment at grilles, ducts, and diffusers.

Vibration Meters: Diagnostic tools for predictive and preventative maintenance of rotating machinery. These handheld units measure RMS vibration velocity to detect conditions such as imbalance, misalignment, and mechanical wear.

Radiation Monitors: Intrinsically safe detectors capable of identifying x-ray and gamma radiation as low as 60 keV. Designed for personal use as dosimeters, they track and store maximum exposure levels for compliance and safety assurance.
